Good morning and welcome to a Christian yoga morning class where you are invited to start your day by setting an intention that will help guide you throughout your day.
Philippians 4:8 says, “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”(NIV). In this gentle stretch class, we begin our day thinking about the things that we want to fill us for the rest of the day. Whenever we intentionally turn our mind toward the things of God, they tend to stick with us and impact how we respond to events and how we love and serve others.
