Christian Yoga for Sleep – Gentle Stretch with Welcoming Prayer

Welcome to a gentle Christian Yoga class for better sleep. This is the first class in the “7 Days to Better Sleep” challenge. Today, we stretch while praying the “Welcoming Prayer,” a practice that helps us enter into and release whatever we are feeling in the presence of God.

This class is day 1 of a sleep series designed to help you find peace as you prepare to go to sleep. Combining gentle stretching, Scripture, music, and prayer practices, we help you make space to connect with God and rest.
